Would love to hear your impressions of it. The reviews online are mostly good, but there are a lot of bad ones too. For $199, I'm thinking I might take a chance.
So, we bought the 8" Dreamaway Novaform from Costco a few months ago, and while mostly ok, one of my kids, prone to allergies, is showing some signs of discomfort. It may not be the mattress, but I am wondering, just in case. Does anyone know why the tag on the cover says "do not remove cover"? I cant find fiberglass anywhere in the label, the company overall seems certipur certified. I am wondering why the cover should not be removed and if anyone has experience with this mattress or any information contacting the company. (I have contacted the company as well, but checking for any crowd knowledge here) thanks!
After having a horrible experience, I just purchased a Novaform DreamAway 8” Gel Memory Foam mattress from Costco after doing extensive research to find an inexpensive mattress with no fiberglass. The law tag does not list fiberglass anywhere [the tag says “All New Material Consisting Of Polyurethane Foam Pad 95%, Blended Fiber Batting 5% (75% Viscose, 25% polyester)] and I have emailed the company several times to make sure that fiberglass is not included anywhere in the mattress. They have assured that there is no fiberglass in this specific mattress and the fire retardant layer is made out of polyester/nylon with no fiberglass or chemical flame retardants. It was only $200 for a full sized mattress. I haven’t slept on it yet but I’ll update after a couple weeks with how it works for me. Just thought I’d include this because I know it is hard to find fiberglass free affordable mattresses.
