A client of mine received a notification of the ruling that condemned him via WhatsApp; in the image attached by the court officer, the notification itself never reached my client, which is proven by the "clock" icon on WhatsApp. However, the officer told my client to acknowledge receipt, and he did (not knowing) even without receiving the ruling.
The thing is, two years have passed since then, and since he was defended by the public defender's office, he hasn’t heard anything more about this process and thought it was over. But in reality, he was sentenced to some years, and the defender neither informed him nor appealed.
Now I filed a habeas corpus, but it was denied in the state court. Should I try to take it to the STJ? What would you do?

Try this,
delete their contact
then
Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Select the Messaging App
Choose 'Clear Data' and also 'Clear Cache'.
N.B. you will lose all data / txt msg's in your phone
(don't forget to write their number down to save as new afterwards!)
