We have one, got the notice and checked cause our kid doesn’t eat much in the car seat. Shit just pulled away. If we would have been in an accident it could have been bad. These should be recalled fully and not just the patch job they’re doing. More on reddit.com

Ok so I just did the test, and it looks like I have a car seat that the straps do in fact move! Yikes! Obviously going to discontinue use immediately, but what am I supposed to do now about not having a car seat? Am I supposed to just purchase a new one? Hard to find answers! November 25, 2024 - I filled out the recall form and apparently they will send a letter in the mail when the seat pad and cleaning kits are available?! ... My husband has opened it up and cleaned it with compressed air and a toothbrush 3 times. Each time after cleaning, the harness starts locking again but eventually fails again. We pull and test the straps every time we put our toddler in. Honestly I’m super frustrated. I’ve tried contacting Nordstrom and Nuna and each company is unhelpful.
