June 4, 2025 - Layout: the layout here is a pretty basic take on the 75% layout, you get your F-row, arrow keys and one extra row vertically beside the arrows, it's quite nice, though I think I prefer a larger right shift instead of the shorter right shift found here. Build: The build of the Nuphy Air 75 v3 feels really solid, despite being mostly plastic, it seems like they've done a lot to reinforce this thing to make it feel very durable for portable use, or just moving around in general, even the switches for changing modes on the back feel quite nice and solid, not cheap or mushy in their feedback.

November 17, 2021 - My main gripe with MX keys mini (and several others in that category, like Apple Magic or Microsoft Designer Compact which I own) is that the arrow keys are too small and crammed up. I am getting K3 or Nuphy Air 75 for the full sized arrow keys.

It’s Mac friendly, low-profile, has hot-swappable switches and it’s wireless, with the ability to connect up to four devices – three via Bluetooth and one via a 2.4GHz receiver. I also really like the 75-percent size, as the layout is similar to what I’m already used to with the Apple keyboards.

June 10, 2022 - Just purchased the Air75 HE and was thinking of replacing the stock cable, but will it affect the 8k hz polling rate? ... I'm new to mechanical keyboards and the Halo96 V2 is my first also never dealt with QMK before. I thought the VIA configurator has umlauts (ä, ö...) but didn't find anything so I tried to flash it on my own with the QMK firmware. I was following this tutorial https://docs.qmk.fm/newbs_getting_started but since nuphy isn't officially supported I got the QMK firmware from this repo: https://github.com/nuphy-src/qmk_firmware/tree/nuphy-keyboards/keyboards/nuphy/halo96_v2/ansi Not so surprising is that I get an error stating that the matrix driver is not supported.

May 25, 2023 - I fall into the former category, having pretty much grown up with the well regarded IBM PC Mechanical Keyboard. I ordered my Nuphy Air75 with clicky blue switches which are the loudest and most mechanical in sound and feel. Avoid, if you have a roommate or an officemate.
