Anyone else having issues with their NuPhy Air75 pairing over bluetooth? I've already reached out to CS who gave me up dated firmware and told me to reset the keyboard. It hasn't helped. It's discoverable by my iphone but not by any of my windows devices (windows 10 or 11). Am I the only one with this issue? Just hoping someone has any ideas so I don't have to send it back. I do not want to use the dongle, I have enough USB spots being taken unnecessarily as it is. I wanted this keyboard for the bluetooth.

For those, that have the opposite problem, not getting back into 2.4 Ghz mode and don't have the manual at hand: FN + R: gets you back to 2.4 Ghz Mode from Bluetooth Mode; FN + Q is Bluetooth 1; FN + W is Bluetooth 2; FN + E is Bluetooth 3

Of COURSE ten minutes after I post this I finally figure it out after banging my head against the wall. Keeping it up in case it helps someone other poor idiot like myself. My function key came installed in the wrong place out of the box. I was only able to realize this after using the keyboard plugged in for a bit and being frustrated that the volume wasn't adjusting with the shortcut. I ended up looking at the paper legend that came with it and double checking with pics posted here. My fn key was just swapped with ALT so I was using the wrong shortcut. The wild thing about it too is that ALT+1 was still giving me a flashing blue light for some reason. It was just the wrong flashing blue light. Fn+1 gives a much faster flash which is the actual bluetooth pairing mode. This whole time I thought it was in pairing mode but it wasn't. Still not sure why my phone could see it when it clearly wasn't in pairing mode but oh well.

Nuphy AIR 75 connection problem (BT + Dongle) and side leds not working!!

To anyone interested there's the fix for the dongle pairing issue from the NuPhy official support. This procedure fixed my problem with dongle pairing. ___________________________________________________________ Please try the below step to re-connect the 2.4G: Set the keyboard to wireless mode and unplug the dongle from the USB port. Press FN + 4 to enter the 2.4G channel, and the sidelight will display a green light. Long press FN + 4 to enter pairing mode, and the sidelight will blink. Insert the 2.4G receiver and wait for the pairing to succeed. More on reddit.com
