So, is it confirmed there are no taxes when ordering to EU directly from Nuphy? I'm based in Poland so was considering ordering a Halo 96v2 from Shelter but they don't have the switches I want, nor the colour-matched wristrest, and when ordering from Nuphy, I basically get the wristrest for free as the whole order comes out slightly cheaper than just the keyboard from Shelter, even with the preposterous 40+$ shipping fee... buying a nuphy keyboard in Europe. do you order directly from Nuphy's web shop or rather a local vendor? which option is better? I don't know if Nuphy has any type of fulfillment centres within the EU or whether it's shipped from outside the EU, in which case it'll be subjected to high taxes.

If you order from the official NuPhy website to the EU, you parcel will be sent via Yun Express. These guys are doing customs clearance on their side, so to you the parcel will come as a regular inside-EU shipment from either Netherlands or Finland. But I’d like to stress it again: these are NOT nuphy warehouses, so your package will have a trip from China to one of Yun’s offices in the EU, and then comes to you. It will take some time. Usually it takes around 2-2.5 weeks. All import taxes are included in the shipping fee, so that’s why it’s so high, like €40 per keyboard. Alternatively, you can buy them from Shelter.shop. These are very friendly Poland guys. Prices are obviously higher than if you’d ordered directly from nuphy, but you’ll get much faster and cheaper shipping. You have two options, a bit slower but very cheap (like €7) GLS or 1-day door-to-door shipping via DHL, but this would cost you like €30. So choose depending on how fast you want to get it :) Oh, and one more thing. My gf wanted a GEM80 in Cosmic Mocha. Nuphy had barebones, but had no keycaps. Shelter had keycaps, but no barebones. So I ordered keyboard from Nuphy and keycaps from Shelter. So if something is not available in one place, you might want to combine both :) Source: I ordered 6 keyboards and other nuphy stuff in last 12 months, both from Nuphy and Shelter. Yes, I tried different things and like to gift my closest ones

I’m based in the Netherlands and ordered straight from the NuPhy web shop. It was delivered in about 10 days I believe. It went pretty smooth.

I've order two keyboards from official Nuphy store to Poland both of them came without problems. Also from another hand check some shops online (in your country) with keyboards etc - probably there you will be also able to buy keyboard - in my scenario i've save few $ when I've bough directly from NuPhy store. Hope that will help you :)

Hey everyone, I have been looking to change from my current modded wooting 60 he. The air 75 he caught my interested due to the 75% aspect and being low profile, which means I can carry it with me everywhere for work and leisure. Does anyone know if NuPhy has a european warehouse? I'm not looking foward to pay more custom import duties :)

I think Nuphy ships to Europe from a european warehouse, hence the no-tax thing. I'm also in Greece and looking to buy an Air, mainly for desktop use, but not entirely sure if 75 or 96 will work best for me! Any tips?
