Hello everyone,

Just received my new Air 60HE and i seem to be having issues connecting to Nuphy.io. Every time go to the page through links on the website or even try to enter the address manually (Have tried Chrome, Brave and Edge) i get the following error message:

"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution?

Just bought and set up a new Air75 v2 and am trying to remap some keys with VIA. I have the keyboard plugged into my computer to one of the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard and when I click authorize device on the web app, it shows up in the selection but then doesnt connect after pressing 'connect.'

Has anyone else had this issue or have any ideas to fix it?

Going on a bit of a rant here, but what is going on with nuphy.io? I just booted into windows because for some reason it wont work on Linux (wich is bad but i get it, no1 uses Linux anyway), but apparently i cant set my keyboard to static anymore???? Its 2025, i paid >150 euros for a keyboard and i cant make the lights stay on? That shit used to work in 2013 on a cheap razer keyboard! On top of that, after recalibrating my perfectly fine keyboard (because surely that cant hurt right?) the S key is now borked, and after rebooting (i thought maybe some windows quirk?) i successfully locked myself out of my pc.

Listen Nuphy, as much as i love the scifi design of my Field 75HE and the keys and all, you HAVE to step up your software game

I just got the keyboard in the mail today, but when I try to open the web software to adjust the switches and stuff, I get a blank white page with black text:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

The browser console has a lot of this type of stuff:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Is the web server for nuphy.io just down or something? Is there not a local client I can install or something?

Is NuPhy.io down for everyone? I just received my air75 v3 and I want to configure it but I can't seem to be able to download the software

I just got the Halo 65HE and when trying to connect it to nuphy.io, it doesn't connect. It notices it as a device but on both 1.0 and 2.0, it refuses to authorize and glitches out. I've tried browsers Chrome, Edge and Brave. Got rid of all extensions, still not working. Would love some help.

I tried different browsers with the same result each time. Factory reset the keyboard, removed it from the devices in settings. I can only use the demo mode to change trigger settings.

I've gone to the link to setup the software and it is asking me to plug the keyboard in. I have the keyboard plugged in and am using it to type this post.

Nothing happens when I click the "access authorization" button.

Anyone know what I can do to get this to start working?

I've bought Nuphy air 75 v3 and Im trying to map the layers with Nuphy IO as I've done with VIA. Is there any possibility to make One tap: regular key, Hold: Change layer (as long as holding the key) ? The dance mode isn't the thing I'm looking for..

Hey everyone,

I just bought the Nuphy Air 60 HE keyboard, but I'm having some trouble getting it to work with my PC. When I plug it in, it makes the usual Windows connection sound, but after about 10 seconds, I get an error pop-up saying it can’t detect the keyboard.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it? If not, does anyone know how to go about requesting a warranty? I’m a bit stuck at the moment.
