I've been wanting to make analog horror in the style of alerts from the National Weather Service. I'd really like for the them to sound as authentic as possible, as a lot of the horror for me comes from how the distinct sounds and that exact, specific robotic voice are associated with an incoming storm of some kind. A regular TTS voice will do, but I think it'll be better if I can have the same exact voice used in those alerts from my childhood.
After some googling, I found that the voice used from 2003-2016 that I'm looking for is called "Tom", but I can't seem to find an easy to download the voice or use it online. Anyone had in luck in finding this voice before? Thanks!
What is the text-to-speech voice in this NWS alert called? How is it generated?

Heyo.
I've been looking for a text to speech voice for Paul for a while and I can't seem to find one that will let me type above 600 characters. I'm trying to create an EAS scenario for my new YouTube channel and if anyone could help me out it'd be really appreciated.
