Blame the Republicans. They cut/downsized the DL Services division, and staff it like its 1980. Go to your local tag agent, if your in a metro, start looking for a rural one that can renew DLs. Those are usually not busy. *Disclaimer: I worked as a DPS DL Examiner for 3 years, recently left due to downsizing, and being moved to OMES. Please don't be rude to the front line workers. They're working their butts off trying to make DL Services function. The blame for everything should be placed on Gov. Stitt, and his idiots that run DPS/OMES. They're puppets, with no idea on how to run a functional service. Day 1 of Shitts tenure, the cuts started with support staff, and important positions are unfilled. DL Offices have been closed in rural areas, and consolidated. The push is to privatize the entire process, and give it to the Tag Agent Mafia. Yes, they operate like a Mafia.. More on reddit.com
