September 10, 2022 - We built our warehouse condo in 2006, and installed a Grohe shower system in the ensuite bathroom (Grohe Faucet Shower System 27025BKO - I have attached a picture - hopefully, haha). It worked fantastically well for years, until perhaps three years ago, when the water became cold. Initially, we got a plumber to replace it, which solved the problem, but since then, we have had to replace the valve every six to eight months, with the same problem, after about 13 years of it working perfectly.
