So on Saturday I placed an online order and received a confirmation number. Two issues… when I check my old navy account my order doesn’t come up so when I look it up through the individual order search that came with my confirmation email and it said it’s “preparing for shipment” my issue is that it’s been like that for 3 days now. I have hoping to receive it by tomorrow but I guess that’s not happening now.
Has this happened to anyone else lol? I got an email this morning saying it shipped and then I clicked the link to track the shipment and it says delivered in October?
I placed an order on Old Navy's website at 9pm last night and have yet to get an order confirmation email (checked spam and junk folders as well). When I look up the status of my order on their website using the order confirmation number, I get the following error message: "Sorry, invalid entry. Please try again or call 1.800.653.6289 for assistance." Not even going to bother calling because I've seen others say they've been on hold for over an hour.
I get that they're backed up right now, but the other 3 orders I've placed in the last few weeks have always sent a confirmation email. Any ideas what happened here? I do see the charge was approved in Apple Pay and pending on my Chase app, so the transaction wasn't declined.
What a mess! I placed an order online last Friday and didn't realize until after I checked out that there was an old mailing address of mine on my account. Went back in to try to change the address, no luck. I did update my account to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I wait until customer service opens and call. They can't change the mailing address and offer 2 options: cancel the order or try to wait until it ships and contact UPS. So I cancel the order and reorder the items to be shipped to the correct address.
Over the weekend, I receive a shipment notification for the first order that was supposed to be canceled. I log on to UPS My Choice and try to change the delivery address with no luck. I initiate a chat with customer service and am told my options are to try to reroute the package via UPS or wait to see if it is returned by the people at my old address and submit a ticket for the misdelivery.
Over the next few days while the package is in transit I try, unsuccessfully, to change the delivery address. UPS says Old Navy has made it so I can't do that. I'm frustrated and have tried everything I could to get this delivered properly. I feel like Old Navy has been little to no help here and I just can't believe that a major company operates like this in 2024.
I just received a package at my address that was for someone else and tried giving it back to the mailman. He said I should just keep it. I don't want to pay for two sets of the same item when I've tried everything to rectify the situation, to no avail. Why wouldn't they be able to change a shipping address less than an hour after an order is placed? It seems ridiculous to me.
I'm probably just going to return everything because this is just so silly and makes me not want to shop here.
