Something that really disappointed me is we were told to stop using our plus size (and even mid size) mannequins in store. They only call for the small/size 4 mannequin in the woman's department. It sounds like such a little thing but it's definitely been on my mind. Feels stupid for stores that already have the plus size mannequins....why not just keep using them? Their sizing is also VERY strange. I have a couple of pairs of pants and blazers etc that are an XL- held up to any other brand that’s a 2x. Then in other things (sometimes even the same style a couple months later) they’re a 2x. Their clothes are “fine” but it is so frustrating to buy things and not know if they will fit at all and go thru the hassle of returning. More on reddit.com

i can't speak for other stores, but my store about a year ago was told to pull all our 4x and most of our 3x. our district manager told us it was due to them not being bought enough and that they wanted to make more room for more of the sizes that are shopped more, that being said, we always order online for customers if their size isn't available and we always have a few 4x in our clearance section that were returns. but online still has plus size clothing, it's just a shame they took it out of the stores More on reddit.com

As the title suggests, anybody else notice what I’ve been noticing the past 6 months or so?
You can no longer select to see clothing on different model sizes (used to be able to choose xl)
They now only go up to xxl on bras and underwear and a majority of pajamas (used to go up to 4x)
Some of their newer items coming out do not go up to the full extended size 30
A good handful of new items are not modeled on plus size models at all - no matter how far you scroll to try and see it
Just something I’ve observed that goes along with the very concerning skinny trend taking over in society once again. Seems the pendulum is swinging back and I’m super disappointed in some of old navy’s decisions.

They also don’t have as many tall or petite options anymore. For a lot of their shorts, I like to buy tall because I’m too old for short shorts, but in pants sometimes I need petite. Now in a lot of items, they either don’t have petite or don’t have petite XL/XXL. I hope they bring back all of their sizes, because I’ve actually been impressed with the quality at ON /Gap lately.
