I got my OMEN 16 today and after all windows and other updates my omen hub key isn't working the app is opening but not from the key What is the solution

Ever since I have updated my laptop to "2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212)" my gaming hub dedicated key stopped working. I can launch gaming hub easily. No issues in that. Its working fine. But my dedicated key on laptop keyboard has stopped working. I have installed Gaming hub sdk package "SP152119" but still issue remains. Kindly help and support?

I understand that you are unable to open Omen Gaming Hub on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.
However, please let us know:
- Does this issue occur with any other application?
- Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
You may try performing Clean Boot and see if that helps.
Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.
To perform a clean boot on the computer refer to the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean bootto check which program is causing the issue.
Note: Please refer the sectionReset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshootingto boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, try creating a new user account and see if you are able to access the application. Refer the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

I tried the clean boot but it didn't work but I tried the next method, (created a new local user and changed it to administrator) BOOOM!! It worked in both the new user and my main user!! But now should I delete the local new user that I made for this!!??? Will it make OGH work again properly or it will again stop working as soon as I delete that new user?????? Also my omen gaming hub key is not working!!

I use Performance Control in OMEN Gaming Hub quite often to switch it between ECO, Balanced and Performance, but it's been so annoying to open the app, wait till it loads all the stuff until be able to get to the Perf. Control menu and switch it. Is there any possibility to make a key shortcut or any faster and simpler way to switch between perfomance mode? I haven't found a way yet. Thank you.
