Since these are open box items, and they have three possible conditions (excellent, fair and good), some of them are sometimes in stock, some are not, however I noticed that on some items that I am tracking, the options sometimes go missing, like there would only be Fair and no other options, and sometimes Excellent and so on, of course I won't be able to order it my area, it will still be grayed out (unavailable), but I wondered if the website shows all conditions (despite them being grayed out/unavailable in my zip code range), only if they are available somewhere in the US, and when no excellent condition item is available throughout the whole US, then the option will not be even showed on the website?
Taking this in consideration (if true), I've been trying to get one open box item, so I've even manually tracked separate zip codes near friends from other states, but it just doesn't seem to be available. So is there a way for me to see which store has specific open box item throughout the whole US?
Lastly, is the Excellent condition always able to ship to me instead of local store pickup (if within 200-250 miles limit)? What about the Good one, on what does that depend?
