PowerBI is pretty common. Tableau has Tableau Public that is free. You could learn Python/Plotly/Seaborn or R/ggPlot DataWrapper looks interesting. I havent used it before but could be worth checking out. Excel isn’t free but you might have it. Google sheets has charts too. Answer from Deleted User on reddit.com

r/BusinessIntelligence on Reddit: Open Source Data Visualization/Dashboarding Tools
October 3, 2023 -

Hey fellow Data Intelligence enthusiasts,

I've been immersed in the business Intelligence domain and am constantly amazed by the plethora of solid open-source solutions available across the board. Yet, I feel like we're hitting a bit of a gap when it comes to data visualization and dashboarding.

I've been wrestling with Apache Superset for about a year now. While its capabilities are vast, I've encountered some quirky bugs that have had me scratching my head more than once. To add to the frustration, I've been trying to set it up at abc.com/superset, but for reasons unbeknownst to me, Superset seems insistent on being at the root domain (abc.com). I've been using Caddy as a reverse proxy, and I've dedicated days trying to circumvent this issue, but to no avail. 😤

Given this, I've started to look elsewhere. Redash and Metabase have caught my eye. However, Redash feels a tad too simplistic for my taste, and Metabase... well, let's just say I'm wary. I appreciate that they offer a free 'open-source' version, but it's missing a few non-critical features. My concern is getting too deep into their ecosystem only for them to potentially gatekeep some fundamental features behind a paywall.

I can't help but think I'm not alone in this. So, dear BI comrades, what tools are you leveraging for your data visualization needs? I'd love to get some insights and recommendations!

Cheers!
