I would maybe consider something a little more broad. There are no guarantees that the place you want to work uses Oracle, and so far as I’ve seen that normally isn’t included in the job description. I would start with basic SQL classes. What kind of career are you hoping to change in to? This would help determine next steps after the basic classes. More on reddit.com

Maybe you made your purchase already and it is true the exam is sold separately from the training. However, my warning I would say is the certs in some cases are a total joke, UNLESS you buy the $4995 training (also a joke) to be able to get the specific questions that will be asked. Maybe for SQL (as that is so specific) it would be better. I made the experiment of just buying the exam for one of them, thinking my 20+ years of system implementation and knowledge of the software would you know.... allow me to pass. LOL I failed big time. I knew 5 questions in I would. But the questions were so obscure and specific and of such comical "gotcha's" i laughed out loud at several of them. I could write a much better exam for them, and as I have interviewed many people and administered now countless projects on actual competency, I now deem the certificates useless. Nice job Oracle. They claim to wish to "maintain integrity" but failed so hard to prove practical hands on knowledge for me it had the opposite effect. I saw it as a cash grab. I passed this exam a few years ago, but I also had over a decade of experience with pl/SQL. I've never used the online training from Oracle; I wish they would just offer it at a minimal cost. You can try a Udemy course for much cheaper. The cost of Oracles Learning courses just to get a cert may not be worth it. A lot of employers and recruiters really don't care about certifications. Cloud certifications are the better bet if you want to get a certification. More on reddit.com
