I would make your life easier and exclude the organic part since most of the organic brands dont even carry the proper certification for organic and/or just copy paste a label from an organic manufacturer that is supplying 20 different brands. More on reddit.com

I agree it can get very overwhelming. And to further complicate things, “organic cotton” sheets doesn’t mean that they are necessarily GOTS certified although they often are. Coyuchi makes very nice, organic/GOTS certified percale and flannel sheets but they’re somewhat overpriced so always best to wait for sales. On the cheaper side of the spectrum, target Threshold, California Design Den and Ikea all do very reasonably priced organic, GOTS certified percale sheets. They’re all good no frills every day sheets. If you’re spending more than $100 on a set I’d recommend only buying from companies with a generous return policy that allows you to wash and use the sheets and still be eligible for full refund if you don’t like them. Non organic cotton or linen is the bare minimum in my opinion. Ya there is some pesticide residue but not a ton and washes out after 20+ washes. Lots of studies are coming out about polyester, from microplastic particles shedding and you inhale it to your body absorbing the plastic chemicals when you sweat. avoided that at all cost.
