I'm assuming the Makita one is so much more expensive due to the nice hard case you get with it? Otherwise I don't know why the hell that one is so much more expensive.
Thing is I don't really see myself using it all that often beyond some light duty stuff, so I'm leaning towards the 3.5 or 5amp Dremel one.
Any advice or other recommendations (Preferably one that Home Depot sells)? Thank you.

For the same price you can get an M12 Fuel brushless multitool and battery. It has the same, if not more power, smaller and you won’t have to worry about the cord wrapping around your feet as you tumble off the roof.

The JobMax is a system where you buy one motor unit and it has a bunch of tool heads available to use with it. I got it to save me hauling five or ten different power tools to every job site just in case I need them. It comes in corded or cordless. I was surprised how nice all of the tools are. I really love their oscillating saw attachment.
