New here. My daughter turns 13 in 2wks and it’s all she wanted. It’s all she’s getting too, but she drops her phone like a slippery 🦭 I have an x so I’m far out of the buying accessories loop. I need a TOUGH case, that’s clear, to show the color chosen. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Trying something new. Not sure how I feel about the silver MagSafe ring on the back against the blue iPhone 15 pro. So far I like how it feels and the grip. I like that it’s not as bulky as the defender pro but I personally rarely use the MagSafe feature.

I was excited to protect my newly purchased phone, so I got an Otterbox clear case that was worth 3k+. They promised a good after sales service so I bought it. A day after, I saw it develop some dents quite fast at the area where the magsafe charger attaches. I was really careful storing my phone, so I’m sure that it has to do with the product quality.

I sent an email to Otterbox to file a warranty claim. Their customer service seemed like robots, sending seemly copied and pasted emails, telling that I am not eligible for a product replacement. They are not claiming to be liable for a substandard quality of the product.

If you are thinking of getting a case for your phone, consider getting other brands.

I am so disappointed with their customer service.
