July 19, 2022Anyone purchase the Solo Stove Yukon fire pit? How is it? Is it worth purchasing?
Here's my 2 cents. These make a really nice and hot fire. However, due to it's airflow design, anything below the top never really gets warm. So if you are sitting around near the fire, the heat doesn't seem to "spread out". Most of the heat goes straight up. More on reddit.com

Don’t get these unless it has a heat deflector, or else it will just be a cylinder of heat sent straight up into the air. I went with the Turbro brand on Amazon, the pit and the heat deflector accessory is right around $200. We have used it heavily the last year at home and camping and it’s been perfect
