Usually they will go on sale. They never get stored. Never. Get the Lowe's item number for the one you want. Then just call weekly and ask the price for "item #123456" no one will mind and it takes only seconds to check the price. If you find the price you want get it quickly but with that many in stock they should last awhile.

When do the stores usually sell this stuff at deep discount? There is a piece I want SO bad, and my budget doesn't allow it even at the "clearance" price which is only about 20% off. It's similar to another piece I wanted a couple of years ago and I went almost every day to see if the floor models were being sold, and then one day they were all gone and told they sold them all. I have bought lighting and also a 600.00 LED Xmas tree at 90 percent off at the "seasonal change" setup time.

Depends on the piece. Over the past couple years we've been moving away from clearance in certain items and holding them till next season. But markdown on patio furniture should be starting.
