Spot on. I just transitioned from Windows to Mac and when I installed MS 365 it gave me the 'New Outlook". It looks and works worse on the Mac, if that's possible. I think this is the plan - dumb down every Office app so it is cheaper to maintain. So if you have been avoiding the web versions, like me, the desktop apps will be no better. For me the new OL works great. And I use it for personal and work. Multiple accts. It’s totally fair to say this isn’t as deeply rich as the traditional app, but that app is almost 30 years old. Incredibly inefficient on cpu usage and to keep updates going to it. No one who has a business wants to keep servicing something that old. Eventually we all need to replace and change. I think they are doing a great job transitioning people and I have seen nothing about ending support for the older app. I think everyone who loves the older app is safe.

Based on my test in Chrome, after I logged in to outlook.office.com, I can install the Outlook PWA successfully. Which install button do you mean? Is it in the below figure?

I have founded how to solve my issue : It's due the fact that the Outlook App was installed before on an other chrome on an other computer. To solve the problem tap "chrome://apps/" in the URL and then right-clic on the Outlook App to re-install it.
