I’m trying to get hold of a specific version and build of what looks like a native windows Outlook Enterprise desktop app, version 2402, any build starting with 16 or later (for example, 16.0.17928.20392). The only information I can find anywhere about these builds are sites like this one, describing different kinds of channel releases:

Posting because I can't find anything searching online about this, yet at least. We have multiple clients experiencing issues with OWA and being able to open/download attachments.
Seems to be independent of browser, had people switch from Chrome to Edge, even tried Safari. Affects MacOS and Windows, clearing their browser caches multiple times, temporarily fixes it for at least one attachment viewing then it returns. Previewing the attachment results in a blank page, trying to download it results in a generic "Error downloading the file content".
I can't reproduce this on any of my machines across multiple browsers, don't see any MS advisories related to it. Anyone seeing this or is it just me?

We have the same issue in Canada. It looks like its also been reported around the world in r/Outlook ( Problem: Pictures not loading on Outlook OWA : r/Outlook (reddit.com) ) Clearing the browser cache appears to be a temporary fix, but it re-occurs after about 20 minutes. It appears to be an issue with OWA itself.
