Let me just offer that my husband and I don’t share blankets. We have matching twin-size quilts or duvets. It’s made us so much happier! And it didn’t, in any way really, reduce how much we cuddle or touch each other. Just a thought! As in…it actually hangs over each side of my bed enough to cover the mattress. Our mattress is thick & I hate seeing my high water bedding! 😂

Look for oversized comforters. On Amazon or Etsy. Covers too. They are fairly common now. I got a nice mulberry silk one on Etsy. Good luck!

We have a King bed and I’ve bought probably a dozen supposedly “King” size or even California King comforters and they’re all too small. I want one that reaches the floor on the sides so my husband and I don’t keep playing tug of war with it. It’s affecting our marriage! Price is no object.
