August 21, 2023 - I will not be using overstock for anything ongoing. Bad bad bad experiences. Amazon is the way to go. Hassle free ! Put them out of business ... If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a fountain a year ago that was guaranteed not to rust. It rusted a lot. I called and spoke to their customer service dept that claimed they would send another one out right away.

Reviewed Nov. 20, 2025 · Overstock had a really nice selection, and the prices were better than what I found elsewhere. My order arrived on time and packaged well. The quality of the furniture was good, though the color was slightly different from the photos. Customer service was responsive when I had a question, which I appreciated.

July 12, 2023 - Well the reviews explains why they don’t care about customer service. Obviously can’t get any worse. Made an order yesterday then the item went on sale for -$55 less. They refused to honor the sale price. I haven’t even received the product. Nonetheless I cancelled it and found it cheaper on Amazon. Lesson learned. Don’t by anything from overstock

Overstock.com is simply a clearhouse for overstock inventory from large companies, so it's going to typically be the same quality you get from department stores, or the other chain jewelry stores. This type of jewelry is usually mass produced and is more likely to need repairs over time -- but it's one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. To have the same style in a higher quality is of course going to raise the price, so as long as you're aware of that trade off, then Overstock might have what you're looking for.

We recently purchased a bathroom sink and vanity from Overstock.com. When it arrived, I saw Fedex drop it out of their truck onto the pavement! Needless to say, the vanity was damaged! July 18, 2024 - I recently ordered 2 chairs for my office but when they arrived they were damaged. My assistant contacted Overstock and they sent out 2 new chairs immediately no questions asked. The new chairs arrived quickly and without damage. I am pleased with both the quality of the product and with their great customer service.
