How do i verify ownership in Google Search Console?
Once you've added the meta tag to your website's home page, you can log in to your Google Search Console account and click the "Verify" button. This will prompt Google to check your website for the meta tag, and if it's found, your website will be verified.
Alternatively, you can verify your website by uploading a file to your website's server. To do this, you would first need to log in to your Google Search Console account and click the "Verify" button. This will prompt Google to provide you with a file that you will need to download and save to your computer. Once you have the file, you will need to upload it to the root directory of your website's server. Once the file is in place, you can log back in to your Google Search Console account and click the "Verify" button again. If Google is able to find the file on your website's server, your website will be verified.
There are also several other methods for verifying ownership of a website in Google Search Console, including using your domain name provider, using Google Analytics, and using the Google Tag Manager. You can learn more about these methods by visiting the Google Search Console Help Center.
