I have lived in Mexico for the past 13 months (Specifically Oaxaca). I will respond to each one individually:

• Abrir: Extremely common.

• Acaso: Is used, but not for what you have written down. Use "tal vez" (main) or "quizás" (secondary) instead.

• Acera: I learned this word from some flashcard app, but have yet to hear it be used.

• Acerca de: It's a thing, but "sobre" is more common.

• Afuera: Extremely common

• Alacena: (I actually don't know, sorry)

• Alergia: Common

• Alerta: Uncommon

• Algo: Extremely common

• Alguien: Extremely common

• Allá: Extremely common. There are four words in this regard. Allí, allá, aquí, acá. Respectively meaning: there (specific), there (general), here (specific) here (general).

• Almohada: Common

• Altercado: I've heard it spoken, although it doesn't seem to be that common.

• Amar: Extremely common

• Ambulancia: Common

• Amenazar: Common

• Anilla: Common

• Anoche: Extremely common

• Ansia: Common

• Antes: Extremely common

• Apartado: I've only heard "separado" be used.

Just a little bit of advice: I think your learning method is terrible. Please do not memorize extremely long lists of words in alphabetical order rather than order of commonality. Instead try things like lists of "top 1000 words" or learn all the vocabulary of a certain topic. Better yet, watch TV/read and whenever a word either seems to come up frequently or translates and has a seemingly important meaning, add it to your flashcard app. But otherwise don't waste your time.
