It tells me invalid when it shows app that I'm getting money in my account to take out, but can't touch it because my bank is invalid. But yet it says I'm connected to plaid. Terrible terrible ... I was only able to use it the first time then after that they shut my account down because they did not take out there money I had to auto pay the money when I noticed it didn't take our my paycheck like it's supposed to do so because of there mistake ii have to get removed and not be able to use the app all because of there mistake this always happens to me all the time😔

I was using the free version of keeper for a long time. Within the last month it seems that they have gotten rid of the free version. At first it was just not allowing me to edit or add new records now I can't even see any of the records without paying the $35 fee. I don't even want to use the app anymore, I just want to download my passwords and migrate them elsewhere. The crazy part is that I can't even contact support as that feature is not available unless I pay (I tried sending an email). If anyone has any advice (that isn't "pay the $35") I'd appreciate it.

You are using the free service. I never used the free version of any critical service so not sure if you had notice or not. If retrieving your passwords is not worth $35 then I’m not sure what the problem is.
