I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but it was the best sub I could think of, so, sorry if it's not, but.....

Insufferable bed snob here! (Everything else in my life is secondhand or thrift/discount store though, so I don't feel too bad.)

I'm looking for a duvet for a palatial king comforter (118"X114"), but I can only find this one horribly terribly enormously ugly set when I google it. I'd link to the awful set, but you'd have to gouge your eyes out upon viewing--it's really bad.

If I'm going to spend that much money on a comforter (the thing is pretty expensive, but as good or better than what you'd find in Neiman Marcus or somewhere and will actually cover two people sleeping in a king size bed, so, totally worth it), I want it protected, and since the only one I can find that I like is only like, 350 TC for the comforter itself (which is pretty WTF), I'm going to want at least 800 TC, more like 1000 TC or better for the duvet.

Does anyone know where I can find a 118"X114" plain white, 100% cotton 1000(ish) TC cover for my comforter?

Been sleeping like shyte for a while, so I decided to do a whole bed revamp. - I bought a palatial king duvet insert (120”x98”) and an oversized king duvet cover (120”x98”), but being just the right size didn’t give me the full, “over-stuffed” look I want. — Does anyone know where to get a 118”x96” duvet cover or somewhere that does custom covers?

Ps. I’m fully aware I’m being extra, but this stuff is expensive, so I’m going to make sure it’s what I want. 🙃
