I recently found a set of 3 Palliser Paragon theater seats at a second hand store. I connected them and everything works - recline, headrest, light kit and USB ports. When connecting them, each chair also has a 4-pin connection wire that does NOT go into the transformer box so am not sure what the wire is for. Is it for an actuator/seat shaker? I have contacted the company and they weren’t helpful and looked at various YouTube videos but none address what this wire is for! Again, everything works so don’t know what these do! Does anyone own these Palliser chairs that can shed light on what they are for? I’m hoping it’s a seat shaker but if it is I would have to get a separate power supply. I tried following the wire but it disappears into the armrest and cloth covers over the “guts” underneath and don’t want to cut them. The model is Palliser Paragon and manufactur date is 5/2018.
