I've been trying all day to send my TSCA form to paperwork so i can get my package, but it keeps e-mailing me back saying that the [email protected] mailbox is full.
I'm paranoid that it's going to get lost, or sent back because of this delay. Is this normal? Is there any way to gey this form to them so that I can get my delivery?

Firstly I understand that it's a super busy time of year and tracking updates are few and far between and many deliveries are delayed. But this is super weird...
So I ordered a new road bike for $3400 last week. It said it was to be delivered today, but since Saturday the tracking has said "On the way, departed FedEx facility in ORLANDO, FL". I live in San Diego.
I called this morning and was told that it is "in a warehouse" with no location at all. I asked them to open a trace for me and they have. I called back just now and was told that the bike is "in a trailer" in Orlando and to email a screenshot of the bike I've ordered. Not the purchase confirmation, but a screenshot of the actual bike. I asked why, with no real response.
This did not come from a call, text, or email, and the case shows no updates on the website. I don't really understand what's going on. Is this normal procedure? Should I call the company that shipped the bike? Is it likely my package is just lost?
Thanks!
Edit: Just now the scheduled delivery date changed from today by the end of the day to "We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving." with no further update. This is a signed for package so I took the day off work. Probably silly on my part!
