I wouldn’t buy them again. They are kinda big and dont stay put. They don’t feel very lux, just like a normal sheet. I don’t think they are worth the money, but I’m also struggling to find a new pair of sheets myself Answer from BoringCan2 on reddit.com

Are Parachute cotton percale sheets really worth the money?

DO NOT BUY PARACHUTE LINEN BEDSHEETS!
This is because you bought thinner pre-washed (worn-damaged-done in) stuff from an internet marketing phenomenon . Parachute has fallen on hard times it seems; they closed most/all of the retail locations, and this is almost certainly why they aren't offering to replace the bad sheet. I have a set of their cotton percale that are 5 years old and still in great condition, but I've heard that what they're selling now isn't the same quality. There was a thread here some time back where the knowledgable folks were discussing linen. The wisdom was, don't buy the thin, cheap, pre-worn out products anywhere. They're all going to have short life cycle because of the chemicals used to make them feel well-used out of the box. Or if you do buy them plan on replacing within two years. Quince is another one. People love the first few months, but then they pill and fail prematurely. So you can get on the frequent replacement plan, or you can buy the real shit and break them in yourself. Rough Linen Orkney. Or the third option (what I choose) is a mid-level cotton percale. The experience is great, durability is good too if you adhere to the recommended wash procedures. It's just a lot cheaper, and a lot less worrisome than trying to manage linen. Good luck with whatever you decide to do next. More on reddit.com

Anyone tried Parachute sheets recently? Recommend?
No, absolutely not. Parachute used to be great (I have a sheet set from 2016 that's still going strong!), but their quality has fallen hard. I ordered the same sheet set in 2022 and it came with holes in the pillowcase seams and it was made of super scratchy, low-quality fabric. Quince is also garbage. Like Parachute, they spend a ton of their money on marketing and none of it on quality or customer service. Quince is also ethically suspect for their greenwashing and lack of transparency about the treatment of their workers and suppliers. Coyuchi makes incredibly crisp and breathable percale cotton sheets . I run super hot and they're the only ones I recommend to other hot sleepers. I also love my Linoto linen flat/top sheet for those 100+ degree summer days, but that's over your stated budget. I also recommend making sure your mattress and other bedding are made of natural materials, specifically cotton, wool, or linen. Any polyester or other plasticky blends will trap heat and moisture. Lower thread count 100% cotton in a percale weave is going to be your best bet for affordable comfort. More on reddit.com

Do Parachute Home Sheets Give Us Sweeter Dreams? - The Good Trade
October 13, 2024 - Their king-sized full brushed cotton set, including a fitted sheet, pillowcases, and a duvet cover, goes for $539. Parachute isn’t a cheap brand, but the quality of the product and the company’s sustainability practices justify the prices if you’re willing/able to make that investment in your bedding.

May 8, 2024 - The result is sheets that get softer with every wash and are exceptionally sturdy. I first tried Parachute's linen sheets in 2017 as part of a millennial-pink bedding set, and they've lasted longer than any other types of sheets I've ever owned.

September 4, 2025 - Over the years, I’ve tried numerous brands of sheets at a wide range of price points. Parachute’s Percale Sheet Set was my go-to for the past four years. These sheets are definitely a splurge — a queen-size set will set you back $269 before shipping — but you’re paying for ultrasoft, 100% cotton.

r/Bedding on Reddit: DO NOT BUY PARACHUTE LINEN BEDSHEETS!
August 20, 2025 -

I paid $600 for Parachute’s linen sheet set in 2024, expecting premium quality. I’m a hot sleeper, so breathability and softness were my priorities, and at first, it seemed like the sheets delivered. I followed every single washing instruction to the letter, never mixed them with other laundry, and took perfect care of them.

Then the problems started. Not just after years of use, but within the first year. The sheets constantly shed little balls of linen that ended up all over the floor under my bed. At first, I thought this was “normal” wear after a couple washes, but no, it never stopped. And now, barely a year later, I woke up to find the fitted sheet completely ripped, literally falling apart in my hands.

When I reached out to Parachute support, their response was essentially: too bad. I was told I was 15 days past the warranty, so they wouldn’t do anything. Let me get this straight: $600 sheets disintegrate in a year, and the company hides behind a technicality instead of standing behind their so-called “premium” product? That’s laughable.

Parachute markets themselves as luxury, but what you actually get is overpriced, low-quality bedding that doesn’t even last a year. The fact that customer service shrugged it off says everything about the brand, they care about your money, not your experience.

Save yourself the money and frustration. I’ll never buy from Parachute again, and I’d warn anyone considering it: these sheets are a total scam. I have so many more photos of this whole sheet just falling apart, if you want them DM me.

UPDATE(it's the next day)- p.s. fight their customer service a little- I asked for their manager, he said sorry and sent me a new fitted sheet after some back and forth. I also might’ve linked the Reddit post I made…
