Perhaps take a look at QuillBot and ProWritingAid , both are cheaper than typical LLM services and have the functionality you want. QuillBot is a bit cheaper and far more geared towards paraphrasing, and you might find it more adequate for that—not so much the quality of the paraphrasing, though I feel it’s slightly better, but the usability of its interface if paraphrasing is going to be your main task for it. ProWritingAid, on the other hand, has it almost as an afterthought; it works well enough, with some of the options of QuillBot and an also decent paraphrasing quality, but the service is clearly far more focused on proofreading, revising, etc. I guess it depends on whether you truly feel you only need paraphrasing, in which case QuillBot’s set of functions might suffice, or else you see that you could also use PWA’s other functions—for example, its synonyms function, or its more numerous ways to help you achieve concision.
