I just need a paraphrase tool that beats common AI detectors like:
ZeroGPT
Copyleaks
Quillbot
Grammarly

TL;DR: Free paraphrasing tool with no ads or signing up: quillnot.site
Hi everyone. I’m a web developer and I’m currently working on a few projects in order to be prepared for my upcoming work interviews.
One of the projects I built is a paraphraser that is completely free, requires no signing up and has no ads.
My girlfriend is working on her university projects and was struggling to find a great free paraphraser tool, so far she’s been enjoying the one I built and I’m hoping to help at least one person who needs it.
Feedback would be extremely appreciated! (bugs, improvements, etc…)
So yeah it's an open book course, but I'm horrible at flow and grammar. I need to be able to fix these things without getting in trouble. Ten years ago in my undergrad friends and family would do the final proofreading for me to make small changes. Is undetectable reputable.
I draft everything in WPS Office, but I occasionally need a paraphraser that won’t get flagged by the usual AI‑detection tools (ZeroGPT, Copyleaks, QuillBot’s checker, Grammarly, etc.). Has anyone found a reliable solution that copy and pastes cleanly into WPS Office without tripping those detectors?
I’ve heard good things about the free paraphrasing tool at Toolsmart.ai. Has anyone tried it, or have other reliable recommendations?
I've been trying out various paraphrasing tools recently, and here’s a list of some of the popular ones I've come across. If you've used any of these, feel free to drop your thoughts or recommendations!
MyEssayWriter.ai - ★★★★★ (4.5/5) - Great for academic paraphrasing. Works really well with essays and research papers.

Writesonic - ★★★★☆ (4.4/5) - Excellent for marketing content and social media posts. Paraphrasing is solid.
Copy.ai - ★★★★☆ (4.3/5) - Another great tool for content creators. Paraphrasing is good, but it shines in content generation.
I’ve been experimenting with AI paraphrasers and rephrase generators for content marketing, SEO, and academic writing and honestly, most of them either sound robotic, fail AI detection, or overcharge for basic features.
So I spent the last month testing 15 of the most popular tools (both free and paid), running them through different scenarios:
Rewriting academic essays to pass plagiarism and AI detection tools.
Refreshing old blog posts for SEO without losing keyword positioning.
Turning messy transcripts into clean, human-readable content.
A few takeaways:
walterwrites.ai: was by far the most natural and best at bypassing AI detectors. it’s scary good for anyone who needs plagiarism-free, human-like content.
QuillBot: is still the fastest and most versatile for quick rewrites, but it’s not as strong at AI bypass.
Grammarly Rephrase: isn’t a full paraphraser but is amazing for polishing tone and clarity.
Free tools like Rephrase.info are decent for quick drafts, but you’ll still need manual edits.
THIS ranked list of the 15 best tools with pros, cons, use cases, and feature tables for each. there's also a big comparison chart so you can pick based on AI bypass ability, SEO features, and pricing.

Curious. what’s your go-to paraphrasing tool in 2025? Are you using them for SEO, academia, or something else?
I have used a lil bit (actually a lot) of quillbot for paraphrasing but my teacher didn't say anything when she checked my turnitin report. Is my teacher careless or am i cooked?
I'm not gonna copy paste the paraphrase so don't need to recommend humanizing ai. I just want it as a reference. I've already written the whole story. I just wanna match the tone with the writing style.
It's a dark story so chatgpt always says it's violating one policy or the other. Oh and I can't even add my account so free trial of x months is not for me too. Pls help
If you haven't heard of this website then you can thank me later. Cogni bypass is a website you can use If you generated an essay or any form a writing using AI and you do not want to get caught for using AI. I have used it for several of my assignments in English and it has never set of Turnitin's ai detection alarms. I also inputted it into many other AI detectors and it worked like a charm. For best results I recommend using the comet setting and when you create an account you get 5 free credits. I recommend paying for a paid plan if you able to i have been playing for 4 months and it was worth every penny. I am currently using this tool in my college classes and it has not failed me other paraphrasers like quill bot don't typically work so I recommend you give this a try. (Here is the link in case you didn't get it)
Im adamantly against the use of AI to write for you, however i wonder what the general consensus is on using it for rewrites? i.e., typing out your draft and asking it to improve it. is this considered scientifically unethical?
edit: im not talking about full papers, rather various forms other writing assignments.
