Tracking later showed conflicting information and the next day I drove to my local depot I was told different things by the depot and customer services.

Sat home for an important delivery, no knock, driver claimed they knocked, no card left to state if its going to a local post office or depot. They pull this bullshit all the time I gather from reading other reddit threads, but how do I call a person at PF? Even the depot is fully automated calls. Appreciate the help

Had this shit with them twice recently. 0344 800 4466 long winded but go through tracking and then just keep going until you speak to someone. It does work eventually

Hello, I don’t know if this thread is still alive but in case it could help someone in the future… I had to call Parcel Force today for 2 failed deliveries. No card was left by the delivery man (we don’t have mail boxes outside so it is understandable I guess) so I needed to call the company. TL;DR: when you call 0344 800 44 66 without a business account and want to talk to someone, choose option 2, then 4, then 3. You may wait a bit (I didn’t and the agent was a polite and nice chap :)) but a non-AI-but-organic being will answer you.

I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to post, but I don’t know where else to ask. I’m an international student trying to get all my boxes moved across the UK. I’m using a delivery service and they have appointed Parcelforce as the courier service. However, I keep reading really bad reviews and lots of complaints about packages getting lost. So I just want to know if it really is that bad?

Remember, people only leave a review after a bad experience & PF will handle thousands of parcels a day. I have used them when I have ordered stuff and always been good but your mileage will vary on area, if the driver gives a shit then you will get good service, if the driver doesn't care then you will get the opposite...... PF are one of the better couriers in the UK (imo), far better than yodel and hermes but not as good as DPD.

I have got say that Parcelforce are very much the worst couriers I’ve experienced. I’ve yet to have a problem with either DPD or Hermes. I’ve had 2 deliveries literally destroyed by Parcelforce. One of them, a tv which was well protected and packaged, with ‘fragile, handle with care’ written all over the box. It honestly looked like it had been kicked all the way to my house!
