Um, no. It's an absolutely horrible way to check your password strength. A site you have no reason to trust and which you have to allow to run its scripts in your browser now has your passwords. If you've ever used them anywhere, it would be trivial for them to connect them to you. Just do a short, 3-4 word phrase and mix in some capital letters and numbers. "shouldnottrust" to "sh0u1dNOTtrust", for example, is just as good against random attacks (nothing will protect you from a keylogger, clipboard monitor (if you use a password manager) or the target site being compromised) as a random string of gibberish would be and is a helluva lot easier to remember. So, I am looking at updating our password policy for my org and I know a lot of focus is on length over complexity nowadays, and I was trying to put together some helpful tips for users on choosing passphrases instead of passwords and I wanted to give them a resource to play with so they could see the difference and I saw some of these password strength meters mentioned, but they seem to throw vastly different results which I think as an end user would confuse me if I was really choosing a secure password.
For example, a phrase like "Ihaveareallybighouse!" is 21 characters with upper, lower, and special characters and https://www.security.org/how-secure-is-my-password/ says it would take "1 hundred quintillion years" to crack whereas passwordmonster.com says it would take 3 days lol.
I'm just wondering do you have any tools you trust to give to end users to help them make sure they are choosing good passwords?

I wouldn't go typing any actual passwords into there (even though browser dev-tools doesn't appear to show the password being sent to the remote server at all), additionally, these kind of password-strength-meters are less useful these days, since a lot of attacks are credential-stuffing based and password re-use can't easily be identified like this* If you are concerned about passwords then the standard advice of use a decent password manager with long, randomly generated passwords that are unique to each site and enable MFA everywhere you can is still the best (* I realize haveibeenpwned Pwned Passwords service does facilitate this to an extent)
