Paying the bill via my bank app as there’s an offer and Bell has a bunch of names coming up when I search within the payees. Google search says it’s “Bell One bill” but just wanted to confirm. I have a 14 digit customer ID number.

New customer, trying to set up online payments. For adding them as a payee my Bill literally just says "3. Add Bell as a payee. Find and select Bell as a payee. Where your bank asks for an account number, use your customer ID number provided above." But when you go to do it there are sooo many options for Bell... Is it Bell mobility? My bill account # is 14 digits if that helps at all...
Long story short, my parents do not have smart phones, do not do email, do not do autopay. This is not going to change.
I get a email from bell to inform me that they took the liberty of switching them over to paperless. Again. Now I have to call mom to call bell CS yet again to straighten it out. Every time the CS rep says they will put a note on the account, it won't happen again etc, but then I get yet another email. Anyone know how we can make it clear to them, that if they don't send a bill, they can't get paid? Apparently telling them over the phone 10 times already isn't cutting it lol....
Bell is a MASSIVE company in Canada but when I set them up as a payee in chexy there are a dozen different payees that start with Bell
Which one do I choose. Not sure why they don't somehow highlight the most common one that most people will use.
Not a great experience so far.
Anyone know what the payee is supposed to be?
