Will I have to pay customs duty charges when shopping online (shipping through DHL)?

Sometimes they randomly decide the value too...I had item 4000dhs worth ,with all the bills and custom papers showing it, yet the lady at the counter decided to charge me 5% on value of 6000dhs. I protested but she did not care.

Next time...same counter, same lady...item valued 3000dhs...charged me nothing.

Weird.

I did a couple of price comparisons on .de. the prices on stuff I checked was more expensive than the UK based sure plus no free delivery because my prime subscription is not transferable.
