No, PayPal cannot give you this info. Not sure which card you’re talking about but Synchrony Bank owns PayPal Credit, PayPal Cashback MasterCard and PayPal Extras MasterCard. They likely have different servicing contact numbers so you’ll want to figure that out before calling.

I've opened a Paypal Savings account and am looking for the routing and account numbers in order to have payments direct deposited into this account. I understand regular Paypal balance does not have an account or routing number associated with it, but the Paypal savings account should as I've never heard of a bank savings account (Paypal savings account banking services are provided by Synchrony Bank) that did not have a routing and account numbers. If anyone can point me to where I'm able to find these numbers on the Paypal website it would be hugely appreciated.

Actually, you have it backwards. PayPal balance accounts have a routing and account number (deposit only).
