has anyone solved this issue? i can't access on Account when i tried to click on it but the other works i contacted paypal and they told me to wait for 24 hours, and if it still persists then i need to contact them again (i contacted them thru their twitter acc), i tried to access it on my phone both browsers Opera GX and Chrome, both have their cookies cache and all that cleared too.
my friend also helped me tried to access it onto pc but to no avail, it doesn't work either, i tried methods like copy paste the links direct to myaccount/security and so on, other thing works the links i was able to access when i clicked the gear it's a temp workaround: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/security/

I have the same problem and the only way is to use the links that you provided as a temporary workaround. I have no idea why its doing it

I had this same issue but I could get into my account through google chrome web browser on my PC. Once logged in on I turned off two factor authentication in the settings menu of Paypal. I also cleared cookies on my safari web browser on my Iphone. All software and app versions were up to date. Once I turned off the two factor authentication I got logged right in on safari and then through the iOS app as well. Hopefully this helps someone. ... Paypal For some reason PayPal won’t work on my phone at all, from the app to trying to load it on safari.

That did not help either. In addition, the app is currently not even available in the QBO app store.
