Long story short, i checked my spam email and noticed paypal sent me a few emails about some invoices in a span of a few hours. But when i checked my paypal, there's just nothing in the activity part.
The email is from [email protected]. and the email isn't exactly sent to my account, but an address called [email protected].
And there's a reply in the email with an address with an American name.
Is this legit? Have my paypal been compromised?
What services are offered at the Apple Dadeland location?
Are there any customer support options available at the venue?
What should I do if I have a problem with my device after visiting the venue?
Never seen this before. Wife got an email from actual PayPal about an invoice for $1499 from Apple.com for an iPhone 14. The email was legitimately from PayPal. On her account, there is the invoice.
It just kind of surprised me because the actual email is legit. I was actually making fun of her because she couldn’t spot the obvious scam. She is smart enough to know the invoice is bunk because she didn’t order an iPhone. She is contacting PayPal to report it and she changed her password just to be sure.
Anyone else seen this bogus invoice scam on PayPal? I would have thought something like this would be hard to do because PP has some kind of filter … but go ahead and make fun of me for being so naive, lol.
