Hi, PayPal Contactless was activated in Germany and I was hoping to get it to run on GraphineOS. I activated exploit protection compatibility mode and have a PayPal card set up but get an error 'we are having trouble activating your card for contactless payments'. Same card same account works fine for Stock os on Pixel 7a. Problem occures on Pixel 9 GrapheneOS. Thanks for help

Hi, I also live in Germany and for me the contactless payment works with PayPal. I have a pixel 6a with the newest grapheneos update. You need to go to settings and select PayPal under contactless payments.
