Is there a limit to the number of times I'm able to use Pay Monthly loans within a certain time period (ie daily, weekly, etc)?

I’ve made a couple of Pay in 4 transactions this past week, but I’m unable to do even 1 more. I’ve tried using family members’ accounts as well, but to no avail. I’m getting denied due to “suspicious activity”. This began when I was trying to checkout with an account and had to change my card details twice…honestly super infuriating. I’m not even getting an option to pay monthly either, else I’d take it.
Anyone in the same situation?
I got an email notification said
“You’ve reached the limit on this offer given our new terms, which can be found here.”
I only active once and use once in Best Buy.
Anyone got this message?
I currently have three ongoing plans and want to start another one. Two of these plans will end in August. I attempted to purchase an item with a monthly payment option, but it was unavailable and the item cost over $200 and from a store I have previously paid monthly for 6 months for. I did have the option to pay in four. I’ve never missed a payment. I was wondering if any of you also had issues with pay monthly not showing up as available.

Pay Monthly is definitely a little weird. It will show up and approve me for a few plans and then I get denied and it disappears for a month. That seems to be the new pattern with Pay Monthly.
About 6-9 months ago if I got denied I could still apply for it again the next day or a few days late if I wanted. Pay Monthly would still show up. But for me at least the past few months as soon as I am denied 1 time for Pay Monthly the whole service disappears for 30 days. Won't show up at all. Very bizarre.
Pay in 4 though will always show for me even if I am denied. It hasn't disappeared for weeks or a month like Pay Monthly has.
YES, Pay in 4 AND monthly payments (has interest) works for the 20% back. It's in the terms and conditions. No gift cards can't be done for cash back on any payment plan.
So I have a PayPal credit card, use pay in 4, and have PayPal credit. I’ve never used PayPal Pay monthly. I want to buy something that’s $2,100 plus tax. Does the PayPal pay monthly have a max money you can use? Like the CC or credit

I am in the USA and I recently created a PayPal account for myself. And I have used my credit card as my payment option by adding my credit card to my PayPal account when I signed up. I have a few questions:
1.) First: Is there an email address for PayPal? If there is, can someone post the email address I should use? And does anyone from PayPal actually reply to the emails?

2.) How can I find out what my PayPal sending limits are (aside from not going over my credit card available balance)? I need to use this PayPal account mainly for sending money to some people, for paying some bills, etc.
I have been looking at some of PayPal's "Help" topics, which have not been very helpful. According to PayPal: I'm supposed to see a link for my "Status", when I click this link, I am supposed to find out if my status is verified or unverified. I see No such link for my "Status". There is no such link for me to click to find out if I'm verified or unverified.
PayPal's 'help' topics also say that when I link my credit card, there should be some option to let me confirm the credit card, which could then lead me to get verified. And that if I don't see the 'confirm' option for my credit card, then that means that my credit card is already confirmed and I don't have to do anything else to confirm my credit card.
Well, I don't see any option for me to confirm my credit card and I don't see if this means that my credit card is already confirmed and that my account is then verified.
As you can tell, I am confused.
3.) And if it turns out that my account is not verified and that my credit card has not been confirmed but needs to be, then:
What (in the USA) is usually the sending limit (amount of money a person can send to someone else) for PayPal when using a credit card? Does anyone know?
According to an online article from "Business Insider" (from Nov 2019, most recent article I could find), the usual monthly withdrawal/sending limit is $500 for unverified accounts on PayPal. I don't know how accurate this is, or if this was accurate but has since changed. (I didn't link to this article because I saw it said "No Links" for the rules for this topic on Reddit.)
And just for the record: I did manage to send a payment through my PayPal account (from my credit card) to someone a few days ago. But this was only for $50.00. Most of my bills are somewhat larger than that (several hundred dollars: usually up to approx. $800 each month when you add all the bills up; $250 here and $350 there and etc).
Though I could probably work within a $500 monthly limit if that is indeed my limit.
Does the sending money limit include the charge for using the credit card? I do know there are some fees for using a credit card, but I'm OK with that as long as I can find out what my monthly/weekly/daily limit might be. (Currently, I'm more comfortable using my credit card with PayPal, in case anyone is interested in why I'm using my credit card.)
So maybe I need to email PayPal to try to find this stuff out regarding my PayPal account? Does PayPal reply to such emails? I need to be provided with an email address for PayPal if it is best for me to email PayPal.

I’m looking to make a purchase that is just over the $1500 limit for pay in 4. Can anyone verify whether or not the Pay Monthly option (NOT “PayPal Credit”) will be a hard inquiry on your credit?
The website says:
“Applying for Pay Monthly will not impact your credit score. If your Pay Monthly Installment Loan is approved and used, PayPal may report your Pay Monthly Installment Loan to credit reporting agencies. This will include information like your loan amount and payment history which may impact your credit score.”
But also says:
“To apply, you’ll need to create a PayPal account (if you don’t already have one) and complete the Pay Monthly installment loan application by entering your personal information, including your US residential address, your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), date of birth, annual gross income, and phone number/type.
This information is used to verify identity and determine eligibility.”
Are they determining eligibility through a hard inquiry?

I received a small payment on PayPal in late September. They put a limitation on my account. So I sent the requested information and documents. And after going back and forth with support, my limitation was released, and shortly after another call, the rest of my funds were released. Now today, as soon as I received another small payment, a limitation was immediately placed on my account. So I send the requested information and documentation again. And shortly afterwards, I call PayPal support, and was able to get the limitation released. My question is, will I have to go through this process every time I receive a payment?
When I looked up "how to check your maximum pay limit on paypal" it gave me instructions that don't work, those would be: " Log in to your PayPal account. Click My Account at the top of the page. On the Overview page, click View limits next to your PayPal balance. Click Lift Limits. "
I went to my account and besides there being no overview page (There was one called "account" so I assume thats overview), there is no "View Limits" or even my paypal balance, how do I check and or change my limit?
As title says! I won something and only now realize PayPals debit card limit is 3k. Thing I won is 3.2k. I had 3.5k incoming to the paypal balance. :p Is it just an easy call to the PayPal support and I get the increase or what? Thanks for the help in advanced (:
I’m trying to use the cash back offer on best buy right now, and up until a few hours ago it was working for a new MacBook. However this is an older PayPal account so I had to change my legal name (put a fake one before no idea why), billing address, and add a new card. However when I went to go check out using 4 now it only allows monthly installments now, which with the interest makes the cash back not worth it anymore. Is the offer gone or is it due to all the changes to my account?
Edit: I got a fraud detection email so I think it was just my bank being careful! According to someone else in the comments they were able to get it working again a day after. My friend did check out for me and was able to pay in 4, but I’ll try on another item on my own account tomorrow to see. A lot of people seem to be having issues though, why does PayPal have to be so shady about it lol.
Edit 2: turns out because I’m currently traveling in Korea the deal wouldn’t have worked for me rip, had to call them 2x to figure that out. Also from all the changes and fails I made not sure what the future of my account will look like BUT thankfully found 2 friends that didn’t want to use their codes and let me take them 😌 was a TRIAL but glad it worked out in the end, hope my account isn’t completely fucked

Did you have a PayPal dispute open that instructed you to return the laptop and upload the tracking number? If so, you should get your refund shortly after the tracking shows it was delivered.
If it was an arrangement between you and the merchant, it's up to the merchant.

This is breaking multiple US laws but I cant name the actual documents or regulatory bodies that handle this. but there should be this easy to see readily avaible document within an app or bank that shows all the information about your account, how much you can send, how much you can transfer ect ect, that information isn't being given to me I have tired begging the stupid AI assistant who i think needs to die refuses to give me,

since pay in 4 can be used for purchases $30 - $1,500 USD, am i correct to assume that my $1,500 “prequalified amount” is per purchase? or $1,500 that i’m prequalified for in total?

I have had an account with PayPal for 14+ years. Never had a singular issue (legitimately) with my account. Buying an occasional item off eBay, sending money to friends for food or drinks, paying bills for twitch and discord. Occasionally paying an artist for a drawing or painting (mtg proofs, d&d character drawings)
Last Thursday I paid someone $15 for a sketch, they blocked me and I reported them as scamming.
My PayPal and Venmo are now permanently limited. I’ve spent all weekend stressed and confused. Just got off one last phone call where they basically told me have a good life go find another service.
I’m so baffled and disappointed. I feel guilty for wanting to stop them from taking money from others unjustly. Because if I hadn’t reported them, none of this would have happened.
