I know that Google Play not longer allows you to add Paypal in 2025, however after 30 minutes of Googling... Every source I found says that you *should* be able to still add Paypal to your Samsung Wallet.

I am using a Samsung S23+. Im on Android Version 15, One UI Version 7.0, and my Samsung Wallet is on Version 6.0.39(from the confusing Samsung App Store).

When I open my Samsung Wallet -> I go to "All" -> Tap on Payment Cards -> Hit the "+" sign -> Add credit or debit card, Get a Samsung Money by SoFi, Get Samsung Pay Cash, & Add a card by QR code ---^ ^ These are my only options. I dont get a "Add Paypal" option. I tried "add credit or debit card" but this does exactly what it says it does. No extra option to select Paypal.

I can add Paypal to my Samsung Account by tapping the settings cog -> Tapping on my profile -> Payment methods -> Payment methods(yes its twice) -> Add paypal.

However this is not useful at all, because this does not add it to your NFC/Samsung Wallet.

Connected my PayPal account to SPay (bank account and credit card linked). I used it a few days ago and thought it didn't work because my finger was in the way. Tried it again and it worked.

Today I go to the same store and same thing happened. I tried it a third time and and still didn't work. SPay app and cashier said the card was unreadable so I ended up using my main card on SPay. Has this happened to anyone? Any way to fix it?

There's a deal to use PayPal pay later (4 installments) to get the 20% off on PayPal. But when I go to pay I can't find it. If there a reason why it's not appearing? I'm looking to buy a Fold Z7 with trade in so it's under $1k within the coupon range.

Do you just run it like any other credit in Samsung Pay? Does it then pull money from your bank account? Is there a fee? They say something about topping up the PayPal account in $10 increments; can you get the unused money back to your bank account with no hassle or fees?

Currently raised an issue with Samsung rep on their live chat.

Issue is that when I proceed to payment and select either PayPal or PayPal credit, the £100 is not being applied when using the code PAYPAL.

Was on Samsung chat live chat for an hour going through this and the rep could see the issue. Just waiting for them to come back to me as the deadline for the free galaxy bud pros ends midnight tomorrow.

Trying to pre-order the fold 7. Not the best experience so far with Samsung at the moment. Hopefully they will pull through tomorrow.

Basically title. I was going to purchase earlier today and use PayPal, but got distracted. Went back a few minutes ago, and the option to pay via PayPal has been disabled for the Note 8 only (showed up when I just had a phone cover in the cart).

Anyone know why this would happen?
