We have two cards under one account. The cards are about to expire and we received two new cards. I was able to activate mine online as per instructions. My wife's cards shows up on my account, but when I click on it, I don't get the option to activate. Has anyone had this problem? I spent an hour on hold the other day but had to give up.

I just went thru this after thinking it worked in the app I got an error and the wife got declined. Get her to call the 1-800 # on the back of the card and when you enter the card on the phone you'll get a prompt about how it's now activated.

A little late to the party, but I was having the same issue so I called in and talked to a rep and figured out how to do it online. The secondary cardholder needs to sign up for their own account using the secondary card number, even though the secondary card is already showing on the primary's account. This is true even if the secondary cardholder already has their own personal account; I was told there is no way to link multiple cards to one account. After signing up for an account, the secondary cardholder can activate their card by going to Accounts and selecting Activate or Change Pin.

Hi all, I received my pc mastercard yesterday. Tried to activate it yesterday and was told call back tomorrow, they needed to verify some info? Called today then was told....ohh it can take a few days. I've never had this trouble activating a card before. anyone else have this experience?

Was a pain for me too, they bounced me around a bunch between automated messages and call center people. Ended up calling the number on the back and it went a lot smoother. Still haven't been able to get my online account though, they basically just said it "takes time". Idk how much time.
