Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble after the PC Financial Mastercard site redesign. I got the email for my monthly statement, but when I went to log in using the credentials I use every month it says "Your username and / or password is incorrect. Try Again". So I thought maybe they've changed the way usernames work, so I hit the Forgot Username option and entered my card information, to which it said I don't yet have an account and need to enroll.

Has anyone else encountered anything similar to this? How do I log in to view my statement now?

As well, when I try to reset my password I keep getting a message saying "Oops, something went wrong on our end. Please try again later". This has been happening since yesterday.

Why does no one recommend this card on this sub? I’ve like never seen it mentioned. I rack up about $300 of points a year on this ( yea they are Loboaws points but you can spend them on groceries, drugstore stuff, electronics etc).

Would love to be enlightened or pointed in the direction of a better card if I could get more value on one… I make ALL purchases on my card so put about 2k per month on it.

I recently got a PC Mastercard and I’m trying to pay off my balance before the due date. Their app and website are so bad that I’m unable to figure out how to make a simple payment. All it will let me do is set up autopay.

My Amex allows me to pay any amount I want at any time I want via the Amex app. I don’t even have to interact with my bank account at CIBC to make Amex payments in app after the initial setup. If PC Mastercard doesn’t have a similar feature then I might just surrender this card because I don’t like playing this waiting game with my credit balance. I like to make a purchase with a credit card and pay it off almost instantly. PC isn’t allowing me to do that.

Please advise.
