Best DDR4 motherboard for 12700k/12600k

Hey guys, I'm upgrading my pc, I already bought a rx 9060xt 16gb and also wanna change my CPU and motherboard (I own a i5 9400f now and mostly play cs2 and other fps games), with this big bump on the RAM prices, I was thinking to get the best possible ddr4 CPU compatible so it could last long and to reuse my ram (I have 16gb 2666mhz), the 2 best option I have seen are the i5 14600k and the Ryzen 7 5800x3d-5700x3d, but I can't find this Ryzens anywhere on the market.
What are your recommendations, are there any other options worth checking out?
As the title says, I am looking to buy a new MOBO and CPU for my PC that can support my other parts and would be good for gaming. Mainly, the constricting thing here is my DDR4 RAM (I am not gonna buy any new ones specially with the surge pricing)
My for the parts that I would be keeping to fit the MOBO and CPU:
-
RAM -
-
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
-
G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory)
-
-
Card - EVGA XC3 GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12 GB Video Card
-
Storage -
-
Corsair MP600 ELITE 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
-
Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive and
-
-
PS - Corsair RM750x (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
-
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-U14S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler (though, can replace if necessary)
-
Case Fans - 2xCorsair RS140 ARGB 95.5 CFM 140 mm Fans
I don't quite have a budget yet as I am trying to calibrate given what prices are like for these things. Would prefer to not have to pay more than $500, unless it seems necessary.
Thank you all :)
My PC hasn't been upgraded in about 9 years and I bought 32gb 3600 DDR4 RAM a month or two ago before it got too expensive( it's gone up almost 100 since) So now I need to decide what chipset to get in the mobo. When I search I see alot of "just go to AMD5" well too late I already got DDR4. Thoughts?
Pretty soon im getting a new CPU with it most likely being the 12700k. Motherboards im really not well knowledgeable on so im just looking at some advice for which one to get? I'm sticking with DDR4 as my 32GB of ram i have now has been totally fine and ddr5 is still way too expensive for the performance. Im not looking to OC but i wouldnt mind having the option to in the future. The one thats caught my attention atm is the MSI PRO Z690-A. Ideally just want a board that does the job without it being expensive for expensive's sake.
Any help is mighty appreciated. Thanks
