I used to use resource monitor “widgets” for Windows 7 all the time. I’m trying to find one for Windows 10 but I can’t.
Basically, I want a lightweight app (like sticky notes) that always stays up and monitors your computers resource usage (CPU Usage, RAM Usage, GPU Usage, maybe temperatures, bandwidth, etc).
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Just make your own with 'System Monitor Widget.' It is built right into KDE plasma, so no need to install any third-party widgets. This is what mine look like in my bottom panel. I have memory usage, GPU temp, CPU temp, per-core usage, and network usage (from left to right). You can hover the mouse over them for a tooltip that shows more info, or click on them to open an applet with more detailed information and "text-only" sensors.
