Peacock changed their plans. Previously they had the no ad plan as a monthly extra charge of $6 to the basic plan. They dropped the monthly charge add-on and now offer a plan which includes the monthly no ad charge. Same price for annual renewal as before. The dumb thing they did was to just drop no ad subscribers into their with ads plan. And then if you want this new plan you had to resubscribe. Received a confusing and poorly written email about the new plan before it went into effect. It was such a hassle to make the change to the new plan that I simply canceled my Peacock subscription entirely. More on reddit.com
