August 1, 2025 - Experience our legendary quality in Pendleton stores. At each location, you'll find an extensive selection of woolen apparel, plus accessories and home goods.

PWM offers a GREAT tour of the woolen mills, and our guide was quite good! We had to wear ear phones in order to hear her as the machines made a LOT of noise at times. We were able to see the machines taking the raw wool and making it into thinner strands, the MANY colors of wool on spindles, and the "weaving" of blankets and other fabrics. It was fascinating! I think the quality of the items they make is pretty high. We were told that the blankets are made here in Pendleton, and that the many other items like shirts, purses/bags, and book covers, etc., are made at the Washougal, Washington, factory.
